Section titled “Releases”Lead generator - Turn an AI visibility report into an agency lead
Section titled “Lead generator - Turn an AI visibility report into an agency lead”New
You can now offer visitors a branded AI visibility report hosted by Rankability, then follow up from a saved lead record. There is no separate app to host or API key to manage.
Give visitors something useful — Share your report page. Visitors enter their business details and email, then receive a one-time snapshot with the AI answers and sources captured for their search.
Keep the lead and its evidence together — Settings → Lead generator lists each visitor’s business, search, and report, so your team can review the same findings before a conversation.
Control the usage — An organization admin enables the form on an eligible paid Rankability account and sets daily report limits. Reports use the organization’s on-demand allowance rather than creating recurring tracked prompts.
Follow Using the lead generator to set up your agency’s report page.
Tracker - See whether your report’s sources actually mention your brand
Section titled “Tracker - See whether your report’s sources actually mention your brand”New
Workflow update — October 2026: Source-page mention checks now require Check mentions or Recheck mentions and use on-demand usage. Saved findings retain their check dates. The description below records the September 27 release.
At that release, new Tracker reports checked AI citation pages and traditional ranking URLs for brand mentions automatically, helping users investigate sources without starting a separate analysis.
Move from a URL to evidence — Background checks distinguished linked and unlinked mentions, pages without a mention, and sources that could not be analyzed. Automatic checks were included with the report; manual refreshes were separate usage-bearing actions.
Review saved history — Report source history preserved captured sources and available findings. Older reports did not receive invented historical analysis, and an unavailable page was not proof that a brand was absent.
See Reading AI citations for current mention-check instructions and usage rules.
Automate - Work through unanswered Google reviews in one place
Section titled “Automate - Work through unanswered Google reviews in one place”New
You can now collect unanswered Google reviews for selected client locations and work through replies in Automate, with completed actions kept alongside the remaining work.
Start with the backlog — Connect the client’s Google Business Profile, choose the locations to monitor, and enable Reply to Google reviews. The initial audit gathers older unanswered reviews into a paginated queue with ratings, dates, and review text.
Review the reply before it goes out — In the default Ask before sending mode, write a response or ask Serena for a draft using the client’s approved brand voice and knowledge. Edit the text and approve the reply you want posted.
Keep a record of the work — Completed shows replies and skipped reviews. Pause monitoring when needed while retaining the recorded work.
Follow Using Automate to set up review monitoring and the approval workflow.
Workspaces - Start client work while brand knowledge is prepared
Section titled “Workspaces - Start client work while brand knowledge is prepared”Improved
Creating a Rankability workspace now takes a brand name and website. You can start working with Serena while Rankability prepares the brand context in the background, without setting up tracking first.
Start with less setup — Use the same Create workspace form for your first brand or another client. Search Console and tracking are optional next steps after the workspace opens.
Know when context is ready — Workspace setup shows progress as Rankability prepares the brand voice and knowledge base. You can review the result when notified, or choose Retry preparation if the setup needs attention.
Choose when to track — Creating a workspace does not start a tracking scan or publish content. Start a Track report when you are ready to measure customer questions.
Follow Creating a new client to set up a workspace and review its brand knowledge.
Serena - Review and correct what Serena remembers about your business
Section titled “Serena - Review and correct what Serena remembers about your business”Improved
You can now review and maintain Serena’s saved workspace notes, so the business facts and preferences guiding its advice are easier to check and correct.
See the context behind the advice — Open Workspace notes from the workspace’s Knowledge or Sources settings to review saved facts by category. Available source and conversation links help you understand where a note came from.
Keep the facts you trust — Add or edit a note, confirm a fact, or review a conflicting update before choosing Accept update or Keep existing. You can also edit the notes as a Markdown document when several details need attention.
Recover earlier decisions — Archive outdated notes without losing their history, and restore them when needed. Reviewing saved notes does not require starting a new conversation or asking Serena to forget everything.
See Serena sources and data connections to review your workspace notes.
Tracker - Build organized tracking reports from questions you already have
Section titled “Tracker - Build organized tracking reports from questions you already have”Improved
Turn an existing list of customer questions into organized Tracker reports without setting up each question separately.
Use your own questions — Choose Add topics from a cluster’s menu and paste one topic or question per line. Rankability keeps your wording and creates an independent report for each topic, skipping repeated lines and matching topics already tracked with the same settings.
Review the setup once — Take settings from an existing report, then confirm the website, language, location when relevant, and schedule. The final action shows how many topics will be added and scanned before tracking begins.
Keep every report’s history — Clusters organize related reports while each report retains its own settings, scans, and history. You can also place new reports in a cluster during setup or move existing reports into one later.
Follow Setting up keyword tracking to build and organize your reports.
Copywriter - Audit or optimize several existing pages in one setup
Section titled “Copywriter - Audit or optimize several existing pages in one setup”Improved
You can now start audits or optimization projects for several existing pages in one reviewed batch, reducing repeated setup when working through a content backlog.
Bring the pages you already chose — Paste keyword and URL pairs, review the rows, and correct invalid or duplicate entries before starting. Each page keeps its own target keyword and receives its own report or optimization project.
Choose the outcome you need — Use Page Content Auditor to assess pages, or Optimize content to bring existing content into Copywriter for revision. A batch does not automatically rewrite or publish your website.
Follow each page separately — Confirm the displayed usage impact once, then track individual results as the batch progresses. Queued and failed items remain distinguishable from completed work, so a problem with one page does not hide the others’ results.
See Optimizing existing content for batch setup and the linked audit workflow.
Auditor - Turn an audit finding into a practical fix with Serena
Section titled “Auditor - Turn an audit finding into a practical fix with Serena”Improved
You can now take a specific Page Content Auditor or Site Auditor finding to Serena with its saved audit context, making it easier to move from a flagged issue to a practical next step.
Understand what needs attention — Use the finding’s guidance to understand the issue, then choose Ask Serena when you need help applying it to the page or website.
Keep the evidence attached — The conversation starts from the selected finding and its audit evidence, so you do not have to retype the issue or explain which report you mean. Serena can help interpret the finding, outline a correction, and suggest how to verify it.
Stay in control of the change — The handoff opens an advisory conversation under normal Serena usage. It does not repair or publish your website automatically. Ask Serena is available inside the application, not on shared public Page Auditor reports.
Follow Using Site Auditor to investigate a finding.
Tracker - Find recurring AI search queries across your tracking history
Section titled “Tracker - Find recurring AI search queries across your tracking history”Improved
Tracker’s project-list export now brings captured AI search queries into one Fanout Queries worksheet, helping you find recurring research patterns across saved reports and scans.
Review the history that matters — Export selected projects and choose a date range, or include all saved history. You can compare the queries associated with different prompts and platforms without opening every answer separately.
Spot repeated searches — The worksheet groups matching queries and includes their first and last appearance and the number of distinct captured runs. Use that evidence to identify questions worth investigating in keyword research or content planning.
Keep the limits clear — These are queries exposed by the provider in captured results. They are not a complete record of every search an AI system made, and their recurrence is not a measure of market search volume.
See Reading AI answers to interpret and export fan-out query evidence.
Researcher - Complete your saved keyword research without rebuilding the list
Section titled “Researcher - Complete your saved keyword research without rebuilding the list”Improved
You can now fill gaps in a saved Researcher list while keeping the keywords and planning work your team has already approved.
Fill missing measurements — Use Analyze missing metrics to request missing search volume, CPC, and keyword difficulty for the list’s saved country. Existing measurements stay in place, and unavailable results remain unknown rather than appearing as zero.
Organize without starting over — Use Organize intent & clusters to fill missing intent and cluster assignments. Existing assignments and your saved keyword list are preserved, so you can complete the research without discovering a replacement set of topics.
Review the work before it runs — Each action explains its scope and usage impact before confirmation. If a job needs attention, check its status and finish saving completed results before starting duplicate work.
Follow Managing keyword lists to complete and organize a saved list.
Copywriter - Keep drafts aligned with your content brief
Section titled “Copywriter - Keep drafts aligned with your content brief”Improved
Copywriter now carries more of your explicit content requirements through the draft, helping you spend less review time restoring instructions you already provided.
Make the brief specific — Include a target word range and FAQ requirements in your custom instructions. Copywriter uses those requirements when preparing and reviewing the draft, including requests to omit FAQs or include a specific number.
Keep language consistent — Your confirmed output language guides the draft and FAQ content. Arabic drafts also receive right-to-left presentation in the editor and supported exports, making them easier to review in their intended reading direction.
Preserve the business context — Drafting retains supplied business facts and reader guidance so revisions stay connected to the brief. Requirements still need editorial review: check length, language, factual claims, and FAQ coverage before approving the result.
Follow Creating a content project to set your requirements before generation.
