Serena uses this context when answering questions and preparing work. ## Use Chat for guidance Ask Serena to explain the next step, interpret a result, or apply client context. Include the goal and the page, keyword, audience, or date range involved. ## Use Tasks for execution The Tasks board gives repeatable work a visible lifecycle: Suggested, Active, Your turn, and Done. Open a card to see why it exists, who owns the next step, and what Serena produced. ## Keep human checkpoints Review brand-sensitive content, strategy choices, and any action that publishes or changes an external system.
