# Understanding the Track overview

Use Track to connect visibility, GSC, and GA4 evidence, then open the project or data section behind a metric.

## Start with the date and data state

Confirm the selected client, date range, connection status, and last completed scan. A dash or empty state can mean that a service is not connected or that history is not available.

## Visibility

SPI summarizes the tracked traditional, video, AI mention, AI citation, and local categories that apply to a project. Open the breakdown before deciding why the score changed.

## Search performance

Connected GSC data adds clicks, impressions, CTR, position, opportunities, and content-decay context. Google can report with a delay, so check the data date.

## On-site performance

Connected GA4 data adds sessions, engagement, conversions, traffic sources, and AI-referral context where available.

## Move from summary to evidence

Open the relevant project or connected-data section, compare the same period, and use annotations to explain launches, migrations, campaigns, or outages.
