# Using Portfolio performance

Compare cross-client search and traffic metrics, isolate clients that need attention, and export the current view.

## Open Performance

At the agency level, select **Performance**. The page is titled **Portfolio performance**.

## Set the comparison

Choose Last 7, 14, 28, or 90 days. Compare with the previous period or the same period last year.

## Filter the portfolio

Use All, Declining, Improving, Missing data, or Tracking paused. Search filters clients by name. The counts on quick filters reflect the current portfolio data.

## Export

Select **CSV** to export the visible client rows.

## Investigate

Open a client before acting. Confirm connected-data freshness and tracking status; a missing metric is not the same as a decline.
